The Phyu Family Homestay is located just the opposite of Indaw Mahar Guesthouse along Lonton’s main road. The accommodation is owned and managed by family Phyu who also lives in a traditional house on the same grounds. The 5 spacious rooms are arranged on 2 floors with a charming common room on the first floor where free tea and coffee is available throughout the day. All floors are made of teak, and the cosy rooms are equipped with modern Myanmar beds and a table. The 2 shared bath rooms are located in the garden at the backside of the building with 1 bath room in western style. The homestay provides candles and lighters in each room to cover temporary blackouts.
